The Magic of light exhibition successfully ended in St. Petersburg and is going to "tour round» Russian and foreign cities. The ideologists of the project – the director of the Museum of Optimus optics Sergey Stafeev and the author of a new exposure on the site of the museum of ITMO University Elena Bobritskaya – tell about destiny of the exhibition, inertial development of the Museum of optics and how the experience will change the concept of "The world of science" in Lahta center.

Liter of Light at COP21

The 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP21) is being held in Paris (France) on 30 November – 11 December 2015. COP21 aims to to achieve a legally binding and universal agreement on climate, with the aim of keeping global warming below 2°C. The conference is expected to attract close to 50,000 participants including 25,000 official delegates from government, intergovernmental organisations, UN agencies, NGOs and civil society. The Liter of Light movement will be present at COP21 organizing several workshops and activities.

The exhibition of light installations, holograms and optical clones of Magic of Light will be shown in Moscow

In January the Magic of Light exhibition will start in Moscow for half a year, then it will be demonstrated in other regions of Russia. Among them Kazan, Sochi, Voronezh, Nizhny Novgorod Novogorod, Saratov and others. Also there are demands from other countries — China, Switzerland, Holland and Finland. In St. Petersburg some exhibits can be seen in the updated "Museum of optics": the exposition is open since December 5, 2015.
